Feb. 21, 2017 - If you have not signed up yet to take the required Level II ServSafe certification training, the only session still open for registration at the Knox County Health Department is the three-day session in October; both the April and August sessions are full. Rule 3717-1-2.4 of the Ohio Administrative Code requires for each Level 3 & 4 food service operation, that at least one employee who has supervisory and management responsibility and the authority to direct and control food preparation and service, obtain the level two certification in food protection.
