The community health clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – noon and 1 – 4:30 p.m
and until 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the every month.

  Immunizations for children including shots for babies, all recommended shots to attend school, plus shots for HPV (Gardisil), meningitis Hepatitis B and influenza (Influenza vaccine offered as nasal spray for children ages 2-18 yrs. when available.)
  Immunizations for adults including shots for influenza, pneumonia, Hepatitis A and B and shingles

•  Pregnancy testing; HIV testing and counseling; STD counseling

•  Blood pressure screenings, TB Testing, Tetanus shots

•  Sliding fee schedule based on income

•  Medicaid and Medicare accepted

•  Most insurances accepted including Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Aetna,
   CareSource, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Molina and United Healthcare

  Cash, checks, money orders, debit cards and credit cards accepted for payment

  Make checks and money orders payable to the Knox County Health Department

  No one is refused treatment due to inability to pay
