Since we just celebrated our 4th birthday, we thought it would be fun to celebrate our Center by sharing a timeline full of photos and accomplishments!

February 2011

Initial discussions with Knox County Health Department’s (KCHD) Board of Health (BOH) - the key players were our Health Commissioner Julie Miller and staff member Lane Belangia.

October 2015

Co-Applicant Board started with 11 committed Members

2018 - 2020

Medical services being provided 5 days a week.

Expanded dental facility with 4 chairs a Dentist, Oral Surgeon, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants.

Dedicated mental health providers.

February 27, 2019

Opened our 16 East Main Street location in Danville offering medical and counseling services.

Started offering telehealth services to still provide quality care to our patients even during the pandemic.
