Here are just a tools you can implement today:
- Keep a regular sleep schedule
- brush your teeth in the morning and at night
- drink a glass of water
- eat a healthy breakfast
- plan out the day ahead
- get some fresh air
- have 5 minutes of quiet time
- journal or write down what's on your mind
