To follow the order from Governor DeWine concerning mass gatherings, Knox Public Health has made the decision to conduct their COVID-19 Outbreak community meeting online via Facebook LIVE. The meeting will still take place TONIGHT (March 12, 2020) at 7 pm. Community members can participate in the meeting on the Health Department's Facebook page. To find the Health Department's facebook page, please search "Knox County Health Department - Mount Vernon, Ohio." A link is also on the website knoxhealth.com. During the LIVE video, Health Commissioner Julie Miller will be discussing concerns voiced by the community members, how the community can prepare and take action, and answer questions submitted via the LIVE video's comment box. Again, the community meeting will NOT take place in the Fredericktown School Gymnasium. It will now take place online via Facebook LIVE on the Health Department's page.
