1/5/2022- We are currently out of FREE at-home test kits for COVID-19, but we are expecting more. During the month of December, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) distributed more than 1.4 million tests through health departments and other partners. The test kits helped keep many Ohioans and their families safer around the holidays, even in the face of the current surge. In doing so, ODH exhausted its supply of at-home tests and had to stop shipping tests the last week of December. ODH has since received a portion of the tests budgeted for January and are working to process all of the requests in the queue, including ours. Given the intense need as K-12 schools go back into session, ODH is prioritizing those distributions in order to help keep schools open. However, ODH is hopeful that it will get through the queue for everyone in the next few days and we will receive our shipment soon.
